I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas as well as a previous teacher and school counselor in Cy-Fair ISD with a total of 17 years experience in education. I also have knowledge of working with at risk teenagers in a residential treatment facility in individual and group settings. I have always had a passion for helping people meet and exceed their personal and academic objectives. I am a firm believer that children as well as adults cannot reach their highest academic potential, unless their emotional and physical needs are met first. I love encouraging others to make small, consistent steps towards change.

I am an advocate of play therapy. Children most naturally express themselves through play. Everyone deserves an opportunity to express their feelings in a safe environment and work through difficult transitions in their life without judgement.
