Alicia Sandoval-Alexander FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Alicia received a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Houston, right in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. She worked in various clinical settings while helping adult and pediatric populations prior to completing additional educational requirements to become a nurse practitioner through the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
She became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and subsequently completed the Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at The University of Texas at Tyler in which she earned a second board certification.
Alicia is passionate about helping individuals become the best version of themselves. She understands the importance of having a holistic approach to wellness. She considers the client’s lifestyle and whether certain conditions are adversely impacting your life.

In addition to being able to evaluate, diagnose, and treat various psychiatric conditions across the lifespan she is just as passionate about helping individuals maintain their well-being and reduce the risk of age-related health issues.

Her role as your wellness, or mental health provider, is to assist you in improving your overall physical health and mental health so you can function at your optimal best.
